Approved additional time is billed at $100/hour. Unused hours expire at month end and do not roll over.

Inbox management or responding to emails
Calendar management or ongoing schedule maintenance
Personal errands or household management
Pet care or personal family coordination
Services outside of agreed scope and hours

North Point is a task-based relationship. Each request is defined and tracked within the client’s monthly capacity.

The travel connection

Travel, handled end to end

North Point connects to Travel Eat & Glow, the travel-advisor branch of SHONNERI. Travel research, planning, coordination, and booking count toward North Point hours, with no additional SHONNERI booking fee. Clients pay supplier costs, authorize purchases and spending limits in advance, and are subject to supplier cancellation terms.

How the retainer works

Simple terms, no surprises

Getting started

50% of the first monthly retainer is due within three calendar days after signing, before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on an agreed date before the first service month ends. After the first month, payments split evenly between the 1st and the 15th.

Three-month partnership

The first partnership lasts three months so both sides can assess fit. It does not automatically renew. Continuing means a new written 12- or 24-month agreement, handled directly with SHONNERI.

Your dashboard

Every client gets a dashboard showing requests, progress, hours used and remaining, shared resources, and billing records. You receive a notice around 80% capacity usage, and work pauses at 100% unless additional time is approved in writing.

Working hours

Requests come through text or email and are generally acknowledged within 12 business hours. No calls after 6 p.m. Eastern. Services do not include 24/7, on-call, or emergency coverage.
